My Sistas Keeper
My Sistas' Keeper unapologetically centers Black women and girls. Too often we are a footnote or an afterthought.
This podcast focuses on issues, topics, concerns related to black women and girls. I've been called to educate, inform, increase awareness and call people to action.
If you are a black woman, black girl or an ally, please listen to the podcast. Download and share. I would like to be in community with like-minded folks.

Missing, Murdered and Abused Ep 4: Diddy Cassie Syndrome; Why Don't Women Leave? They Must Like the Abuse...
Black girls and women are not safe anywhere in the world. I am convinced that as a society we have "dumbed down." What happened to intelligent, critical thinking when addressing society's ails?
Women are girls are not safe at work, in their homes, with family and friends. In 2025, and the term "fast girls" is still in our lexicon? What is honorable about killing a woman or girl who wants to live life on her own terms, even though her brother is sexually violating her? Is he honorable?
Why didn't she leave? Why did he hit her? Why did he violate her? Why did he think that was okay? Why does society give those men a pass?
